Why isn’t my profile visible?

Your profile will only become visible to clients once you’ve completed the required steps. This helps us keep the platform safe and ensures all profiles are genuine.

  • Your identity must be manually verified by our team.
  • Verification usually takes up to 24 hours once your documents are submitted.
  • Until verification is approved, your profile will remain hidden from the public.

To appear in search and category listings, you must provide:

  • A valid provider number or website link (at least one is required).
  • Core profile details (bio, location, and service information).
  • At least one approved photo that meets our content guidelines.
  • A valida location set

If these are missing, your profile will not go public. You can always see your current visibility status in your Provider Dashboard.

If you don’t want your profile to be public for a while (for example, if you’re unavailable), you can change this in your Visibility settings:

  • Toggle “Set profile to hidden” in the dashboard.
  • While hidden, clients won’t be able to search/view your profile.
  • You can reactivate visibility at any time by switching it back on.

  • Profiles stay hidden until identity verification is complete.
  • A provider number or website is required for visibility.
  • You can manually hide/unhide your profile in Visibility settings.
  • Your dashboard always shows your current status.
