Uploading media

You can upload images and videos to your profile to showcase your services.

Every image manually reviewed by our moderation team.

We compare uploaded images against your identity verification photo to ensure the profile belongs to you.
Reviews usually take a few hours, but in some cases it may take longer (especially during busy periods).
Please be patient. You’ll receive a notification if it’s rejected.

Your upload may be declined if:

Mismatch with ID → the person in the image/video is clearly not the same as the verified ID photo.
Other people appear → group shots, friends, or anyone else visible in the image.
Nudity in avatar → your avatar/profile picture must not contain nudity.
Poor quality → images that are too dark, blurry, or heavily edited.
Inappropriate content → anything that violates our provider policies or content guidelines.
Watermarks → Images or videos contain excessive, distracting, or unauthorized watermarks.

Here’s a quick guide to what works (✅) and what doesn’t (❌):

✅ Approved avatar: A recent, clear headshot of you, in good lighting, with no nudity.
❌ Rejected avatar: A heavily filtered selfie, someone else’s image, or nudity.
✅ Approved gallery photo: A professional-style shot of you alone, consistent with your ID.
❌ Rejected gallery photo: Group pictures, stock images, or photos where your face is completely hidden.

We accept the following image formats:

Larger or higher-resolution images will be automatically resized for performance and consistency across devices.
