How do credits work

What are credits?

Credits are the in-platform currency you can use on UrlittleSecret. Instead of paying directly each time, you top up your balance with credit packs and then use those credits for memberships, features, or other services.

Buying credits

• You can purchase credit packs in your account at any time.
• Once purchased, credits are added instantly to your balance.
• Credits do not expire, so you can keep them until you need them.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Please make sure you’re happy with your selection before confirming your payment.

Using credits for memberships

• Memberships can be purchased using credits.
• If you have enough credits in your balance when your membership is due to renew, it will auto-renew automatically.
• If your balance is too low, the membership will end on its expiry date. No hidden charges.

Renewal reminders

We’ll send you a notification one week before your membership ends. This gives you time to top up credits if you’d like your membership to continue without interruption.

Key points to remember

• Credits = flexible, reusable site currency.
• Credits cannot be refunded once purchased.
• Membership renews if balance is sufficient.
